ASEC Twenty meetings | 3-6 November, Kigali, Rwanda
ASEC TWENTY is a unique intimate event, facilitated alongside the African Union Commission (AUC)’s Committee of Intelligence & Security Services of Africa (CISSA) and INTERPOL entities across the African continent.
ASEC TWENTY 2026 Meetings will be held in Kigali, Rwanda from 3rd to 6th November 2026.
It is a chance for a very select amount of international companies, leading the way in land, sea, and air security & defence, to present and demo their products, services and solutions from private suites to the most senior audience of Chiefs of Military Intelligence, Ministries of Defence/Interior, Director Generals of National Security, Inspectors/Commissioners of Police, Anti-corruption, ICT regulators and many more.
To be clear there is NO conference and NO exhibition! The delegations of senior officials that you deem most important will be brought to your customized suite on the hour every hour by ushers. There will be networking breaks and an evening gala dinner for additional opportunities.

The price is £22500. This covers the cost of the customized suite, food and refreshments, gala dinner, all one2one meetings but does not include your flights, transfers or personal accommodation.

All of the officials that attend will have signed up and are interested to see a cross section of technologies that can help with their countries and divisions security improvements.

Once you have signed up you will get access to our purpose built meeting system (which opens closer to the event) giving details of the finalized delegations that allows you to book your most important meetings for each hour on the hour.

You and your team will stay in the hotel suite throughout the day. Ushers bring the individual high level delegations (that you have chosen) to your room so you can present privately. You can have refreshments in the room. You stop for a break. You stop for lunch. We go to dinner. The other delegations you can network with too during the breaks and evening
